Description The Opportunity You will support the successful execution of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) construction and installation projects that are critical to the reliability and performance of highvoltage power systems across North America. As the Site Manager, you are based at customer sites during active construction phases, serving as the primary onsite representative for GIS service projects. Your work centers on coordinating field teams, subcontractors, materials, and site activities to ensure GIS equipment is installed, assembled, and commissioned in alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and documented specifications. Working closely with Project Managers and Senior Site Managers, you help translate technical plans and schedules into safe, effective site execution. This role demands visible presence on site, sound judgment in daytoday field conditions, and consistent communication across technical, safety, quality, and logistics topics. Your contribution helps ensure GIS installations are completed safely, accurately, and in a manner that supports longterm system integrity and customer confidence in highvoltage infrastructure.
