09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an Electrical Superintendent! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.
Responsibilities:
Field Leadership & Crew Management Supervise and support multiple crews across active job sites Plan daily and weekly manpower needs based on project schedules Mentor and develop journeymen and apprentices Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality and progress Resolve field issues quickly and effectively Project Coordination Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors Schedule and oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning Track project milestones and communicate progress to the Project Manager Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed Quality & Safety Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards Conduct toolbox talks and safety audits Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and project specifications Identify and correct deficiencies proactively Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates Document change conditions and communicate them promptly Assist with as built drawings and closeout documentation Track material usage and minimize waste
Qualifications:
10+ years of electrical field experience, including leadership roles Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and commercial/industrial installations Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex job sites Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills Valid driver's license; OSHA 30 preferred
