What You'll Be Doing Operate the scale system to accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks. Maintain clear, timely documentation and generate weight tickets for all material movements. Provide courteous, efficient customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor site traffic flow and communicate with the plant team to support safe operations. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. What Are We Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Capability to learn site systems, tools, and weighing procedures. Effective communication skills with customers, drivers, and team members. Work Environment This position operates in an aggregates facility with both office and outdoor interaction. Work involves regular communication with truck drivers, plant operators, and site personnel. Periodic exposure to dust, noise, and weather conditions may occur while supporting scale operations and coordinating site traffic.
