CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR
Outdoor Living Construction | Field-Based | Part-Time
ABOUT ARCHADECK OF BUCKS-LEHIGH
Archadeck of Bucks-Lehigh designs and builds custom outdoor living spaces including decks, porches, patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and fireplaces. Our mission is to create exceptional outdoor environments while delivering an outstanding client experience through professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Become part of a growing team where your work is visible, valued, and makes a real difference every day. Archadeck of Bucks-Lehigh, a rapidly growing outdoor living construction company, is looking for a motivated Construction Coordinator to join our team. Our Construction Coordinator is the operational backbone that keeps projects on track and customers happy — visiting active jobsites, documenting crew progress, sourcing and ordering materials, coordinating inspections, and connecting the owner, sub-crews, and customers in the field. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and take pride in keeping things moving. Familiarity with construction materials or the trades is a plus, but a strong work ethic and great attitude will take you far. This role starts part-time with a clear path to a full-time Construction Manager position for the right candidate.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Visit active jobsites to photograph progress, document crew work, and report updates to the business owner Run material pickups from suppliers and deliver to jobsites as needed Place material and supply orders and track delivery status to keep projects on schedule Meet inspectors on-site and coordinate inspection scheduling Deliver permits and interact with township officials Serve as a communication link between the owner, sub-crews, and clients Support field operations in whatever capacity is needed to keep projects moving Help maintain job records, photos, and progress logs
WHO YOU ARE
Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder Comfortable spending your day on the road and at active construction sites A strong communicator who can work with crews, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners professionally Tech-savvy enough to use a smartphone for photos, messaging, and basic tracking Familiar with construction materials, terminology, or the building trades (preferred but not required) Physically active and comfortable in an outdoor work environment in all weather conditions Has a clean valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
WHY JOIN US
Work with a small, tight-knit team where your contributions are noticed and valued No two days look the same — variety, autonomy, and real responsibility from day one Clear growth path: the right candidate will step into a Construction Manager role as the business expands Be part of building something people are proud of — literally
REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate or equivalent Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs Stoop, kneel, crouch in awkward positions Smartphone with camera capability Ability to pass a background check Previous construction, field coordination, or logistics experience preferred
