Site Supervisor:
The Site Supervisor supervises OST and summer camp and ensure that program and regulatory goals are achieved.
School:
Tilden Middle School (1) - 6601 Elmwood Ave., Philadelphia, PA Site Supervisor duties include: 1. Overseeing afterschool and summer camp programming, to ensure program quality as well as conformity to state regulations and Methodist Services policies. 2. Developing, facilitating, and evaluating program activities to ensure compliance with regulations, appropriateness to children's needs and interests, and high level of quality. 3. Building a collegial relationship with related school principal(s) and staff as well as other community partners. 4. Facilitating and monitoring the registration of program participants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with funding requirements. 5. Creating and maintain a schedule for all after school activities. 6. Ensuring accuracy of staff timesheets and program attendance records, 7. Participating in completion of performance reviews 8. Participate in the planning and implementation of special events. 9. Engage parents regarding program related and child specific matters and encourage parental involvement to enhance children's experiences and to improve the basic program. 10. Respond to all incidents of safety injury illness (for both client and staff) in accordance with program, agency and regulatory requirements.
