Summary of the Role As a Senior Project Manager, Program Lead (Construction), supporting our Construction Services business unit, for a National Banking Client for their new Relocation and Renovation of their Investor Center, you will be is responsible for serving as the primary partner point of contact and ensuring consistent implementation of new Investor Centers, relocations, renovations, and expansions. This role leads program execution, manages escalations, aligns internal and external partners, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and consistent with client program standards. Responsibilities Lead program implementation across assigned Investor Center projects, including new locations, relocations, renovations, and expansions. Serve as the primary partner-facing point of contact for program status, issue resolution, risk mitigation, cost updates, schedule forecasts, and executive reporting. Oversee Design / Entitlement PMs, Construction Management PMs, Relocation Managers, Project Coordinators, and Scheduler activities to ensure consistent delivery standards and documentation. Drive project governance across project launch, due diligence, budget approval, design, landlord coordination, permitting, bidding, construction, furniture installation, technology/security installation, acclimation, opening, and closeout. Review cost summaries, estimates, allowances, partner vendor costs, bid comparisons, change exposure, and cost containment opportunities. Coordinate stakeholders including client partners, brokers, landlords, leasing, architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, furniture vendors, AV, technology, security, signage, plants, and styling vendors. Establish communication practices, documentation standards, meeting cadence, escalation protocols, and closeout requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives tied to cycle time, due diligence, risk rating, work letter development, cost containment, and early technology/vendor engagement. Monitor staffing, workload, active construction, preconstruction, pipeline, and resource needs. Mentor project delivery staff and reinforce accountability, collaboration, client service, safety, and quality standards. Other duties as assigned. The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role: Bachelor's degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of project/program management experience in retail, financial services, corporate interiors, banking, or multi-site construction programs. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional delivery teams. Strong understanding of design, permitting, construction, FF&E, technology/security coordination, financial tracking, and closeout. Experience managing external partners and executive-level client communications. MS Office required. Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools. Experience with Workfront or equivalent project management systems. Proven Experience with financial tracking/reporting tools. Work Location The work for this client is currently east coast based, therefore, our preference is that candidates be located near our soon to be new office in King of Prussia, PA. The expectation is that you can be there for a monthly meeting. You can be hybrid out of another office (West Chester, PA or Philadelphia, PA; or Somerville, NJ) or remote the other times.
Travel:
There may also be up to 20% travel required for this position (currently east coast).
