We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Pensilvania and play a key role in delivering projects that positively impact the communities we serve. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution from start to finish. Manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents. Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings. Maintain daily logs and weekly progress reports. Collaborate with Project Managers on budgets, contracts, and project documentation. Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements. Maintain OSHA-compliant jobsites and promote a strong safety culture. Participate in project planning meetings and job walks with clients and design teams. Successfully manage multiple projects and priorities when required. What We're Looking For Qualifications Experience as a Construction Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field leadership role. Commercial construction experience required. Healthcare, senior living, or occupied renovation experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and other construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid Driver's License required. Ability to travel to project sites within the region as needed. $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
