Field Assistant / Project Runner Roof Strong LLC

Job Summary Roof Strong is looking for a reliable, motivated Field Assistant to support our roofing and siding operations. This is a critical role for someone who knows their way around a job site and can help our projects stay on schedule and properly documented. You won't be on the roof all day, but you'll be the "eyes and ears" for the owner. If you have some construction background and are looking for a role that keeps you moving between different sites, this is it.

Responsibilities Job Site Documentation:

Visit active roofing and siding projects daily to take clear, comprehensive photos of progress, safety setups, and completed work.

Material Logistics:

Pick up and deliver materials (shingles, siding, flashing, etc.) from local suppliers to various job sites in the Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery counties.

Site Support:

Assist the Project Coordinator with basic site needs and ensure subcontractors have the materials required to keep working.

Communication:

Provide quick updates to the office on site conditions or any immediate material shortages.

Requirements Construction Knowledge:

Basic understanding of roofing and siding materials is preferred.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a valid driver's license and a truck or vehicle capable of hauling smaller material loads (larger loads handled by suppliers).

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using a smartphone to take high-quality photos and upload them to our project management software.
