Zay Zoon Janitorial Cleaning Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place monthly order when supplies need to be replenished
• Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards
• Follow proper safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Cleaner/Custodian/ Janitor Skills:

Housekeeping/ Housekeeper Experience Cleaning Experience Custodian/ Janitor Experience Cleaner/Janitor Qualifications:

• Background check required Experience working for a professional janitorial or cleaning company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

English Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 55lbs. Ability to read cleaning instructions Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses Summary In the role of Commercial Housekeeping, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various commercial settings. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include performing janitorial and custodial tasks, with a strong emphasis on floor care and commercial cleaning. Your experience in residential painting and industrial cleaning will be valuable assets in this position.
