This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all project phases. Key Responsibilities Perform MEP and construction CAD drawings, design documentation, and version control Coordinate system design and ensure compliance with applicable codes Oversee submittals, document control, and project documentation Support procurement and track material and vendor communications Ensure smooth field turnover with complete and accurate project data Create and maintain design project schedules and generate progress reports Lead design coordination meetings and manage communication across teams Collaborate with contract administration and field teams Oversee data governance, digital systems, and information security Drive quality assurance and continuous process improvement Evaluate and implement technology solutions for workflow optimization Qualifications Experience in construction, project management, or document control Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MEP CAD and document management systems Understanding of construction processes and building codes preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Compensation $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
