Construction Superintendent (2-5 Years Experience) Are you a driven construction professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with 2-5 years of field experience to join our growing team. As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and monitor progress Enforce safety standards and company policies Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams Resolve field issues and communicate project updates

Qualifications:

2-5 years of construction supervision or field leadership experience Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills OSHA certification preferred Experience with commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects is a plus
