Installation / Construction Manager Company Overview L&H Companies has been a leading provider of sign development for over 30 years with a range of manufacturing capabilities and the latest technologies. We have 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with state-of-the-art equipment and innovative technologies that ensure every project stands apart from the rest. Job Overview L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Installation / Construction Manager to join our team. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • On-site, full-time role in Reading, PA
  • Work with Project Management and Production on schedule and installation of various product
  • Negotiate costs with external subcontractors
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering and Production for sign construction
  • Train and oversee staff utilizing best practices and adhering to construction guidelines and standards
  • Create, publish and enforce standard procedures, work instruction and best practices
  • Seek innovative alternatives to installation methodologies saving time and costs
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, driver logs and IFTA reporting Requirements Previous Industry experience in installation services(Minimum 5 years) General construction and electrical knowledge Management and leadership experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings 5-10 years' experience of in-field sign industry or construction or related industries installation work.
Experience in using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Acumatica) Outstanding cross-functional leadership and communication skills; ability to build credibility and influence groups OSHA 30 Preferred, but not required: Welding Certified, Crane Operator Certified, CDL Class A or Class B.
