Are you an experienced construction professional who thrives on leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering quality results? We're seeking a Construction Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
What You'll DoOversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local building codes, and OSHA safety standards.
Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial construction.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
