We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. If you're a hands-on leader who excels at coordinating field operations, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll DoManage all daily field operations from project kickoff through final completion.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Coordinate project activities with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
Maintain project schedules and proactively identify solutions to keep work on track.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies across all job sites.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations clearly.
Review drawings, specifications, and field conditions to resolve construction challenges.
Monitor material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce productivity.
Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Qualifications7+ years of commercial construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Proven experience leading commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control.
Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and job site safety best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
