Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on design-build and early engagement delivery methods. This role is fully accountable for project performance across schedule, budget, quality, and safety, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The position requires a hands-on leadership approach, managing project teams, mitigating risk, and driving client satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager also mentors junior staff and leads at least one large, technically complex project, often within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, or cold storage .
