$90,000-$115,000 About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager (APM) who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing commercial construction projects and the ability to coordinate effectively with owners, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project schedules Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Experienced APMs with the skills and experience to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive salary of $90K-$115K , based on experience Opportunity for career growth and advancement Diverse commercial construction project portfolio Collaborative team environment Opportunity to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact Interested?
