Job Description

Position Summary:
The site supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned before school and after school program. Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades 4K-5, managing a staff team, purchasing program materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met.
Hours & Pay:
This is a school year position with the option to join our summer team Up to $20 per hour, pay is based on education and experience 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday | General program hours are 6:30 - 9 a.m. and 3:30 - 6 p.m. | This Is a split shift position with a flexibility available between before school and after school. The Ideal Candidate:
Must be 18 years of age Has completed college-level (or equivalent) courses in Education (early childhood, elementary, or related) Should feel confident managing a large group of children Is organized and has leadership abilities Has experience with DCF state licensing Values relationships and has strong written and verbal communication skills

We are currently hiring for the Kettle Moraine and Merton School District. Wisconsin Youth Company programs take place in the school buildings.
