- Full-time Job Overview Lite Building Services is seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and responsiveness. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Address client concerns, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally.Project Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure client expectations are met. Participate in estimating, project management and project coordination on smaller projects. Facilitate smooth handoffs from sales to project execution and completion.Operational Support:
Work with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and project execution. Gather client feedback and share with team to drive process improvements. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market opportunities. Assist in generating leads, preparing bids, and closing sales for construction projects. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
1-2+ years in construction management-related field.Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycle.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to clients.Relationship Building:
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.Problem-Solving:
Ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.Organization & Time Management:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and construction management tools is a plus.Benefits:
