$49,816+ (based on experience & qualifications) Are you ready to take the next step in your construction career ? We're looking for an Assistant Construction Manager who is organized, motivated, and ready to get hands-on with exciting commercial construction projects. You'll work alongside experienced Construction & Program Managers, support active job sites, coordinate with subcontractors, track project progress, and help keep projects moving safely, on time, and on budget. What You'll Be Doing Supporting commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Visiting active job sites and helping coordinate field activities Tracking schedules, budgets, materials, and project milestones Working with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Helping resolve issues and keep projects on track Reviewing plans, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Building valuable real-world construction management experience What We're Looking For You're a great fit if you have: 1-5 years of construction or project management experience Strong organization and communication skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset Familiarity with construction drawings, schedules, and project documentation A valid driver's license and good driving record A willingness to travel to active job sites A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, as is General Contractor experience.
