ASAP About the Role We're looking for someone hungry. Someone who's got a little more than entry-level experience, but more importantly, has the mindset to figure it out. You'll be managing construction projects from the moment permits are approved. No permit chasing. No pre-con. But once the green light hits, the project is yours to run. This is a hybrid role field and office. You'll be just as comfortable on a job site as you are behind a laptop. You'll coordinate subs, track progress, solve problems, and keep things moving even when the budget is tight or the schedule shifts. You'll get guidance and support, but at the end of the day, you're responsible for keeping your project on track. It's a high-accountability position. If someone slacks, everyone feels it. We're a very small crew that relies on each other, so we're only bringing on someone who's ready to take control and lead with confidence. We're not looking for someone who just wants a job. We're looking for someone who wants to own what they do. When you walk on site, people should know you're in charge not because you talk loud, but because you move with purpose and solve problems fast. If you've got bills to pay, pride in your work, and a drive to make things happen, this might be the home you've been looking for.
