We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious individual to join our team as a Commercial Superintendent for our commercial roofing division. This role is critical in supporting field operations through dependable oversight. You must have a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to get your hands dirty. What You'll Do As a Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in overseeing project operations and ensuring successful execution by: Supervising multiple job sites and coordinating daily roofing operations Managing roofing crews, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain productivity Ensuring all projects meet safety regulations, quality standards, and company expectations Coordinating materials, equipment, schedules, and project timelines Communicating with project managers, clients, and crews to address challenges and keep projects on track Monitoring project progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget Qualifications Proven experience in heavy commercial or industrial roofing projects with a strong background in construction site management. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent supervisory skills. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, or similar tools. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project coordination, budgeting, and quality control processes. Knowledge of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; OSHA certification required or willing to obtain upon hire. Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings for accurate project execution. Experience supervising multiple crews while maintaining safety standards and meeting project deadlines. Effective managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Construction safety management experience with a focus on crew management in commercial roofing environments. Familiarity with construction regulations specific to roofing projects including material handling and installation procedures.
