Our teams deliver precision, speed, and quality - and we're looking for a seasoned Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning efforts across multi-phase data center builds. Position Overview The Commissioning Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all building systems - electrical, mechanical, and security - are fully tested and operational before handoff. This role demands collaboration with project teams, vendors, and client representatives to guarantee flawless execution in high-stakes environments. Responsibilities Develop and implement commissioning plans tailored to hyperscale environments Manage scheduling, documentation, and execution of commissioning activities across trades Review design and construction documentation to validate commissioning scope and requirements Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and client teams Supervise startup and testing of critical systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, and fire/life safety Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) Maintain detailed records and reports aligned with industry standards (ASHRAE/NEMA/etc.) Drive resolution of commissioning-related issues and track corrective actions Support project close-out and turnover to operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field 5+ years commissioning experience in large-scale or mission-critical projects Familiarity with commissioning protocols and standards (LEED, ASHRAE, etc.) Strong understanding of MEP systems and electrical infrastructure Experience with hyperscale or Tier III/Tier IV data centers preferred Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams under tight timelines What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Per Diem, PTO, Bonus, Company Vehicle, etc Opportunity to work on world-class infrastructure Supportive and high-performing project teams Advancement potential in a fast-growing sector Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
