$78,000-$88,000 per year + Performance Bonus + Monthly Reimbursements Join Our Team Mount Rose Contractors LLC is a growing commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to support our preconstruction and project management efforts. This is primarily a remote position for a self-motivated professional who can estimate commercial projects, prepare RFIs and submittals, coordinate schedules, and manage project documentation with minimal supervision. Primary Responsibilities- Prepare quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
- Develop detailed construction estimates and budgets.
- Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Prepare bid packages, proposals, and value engineering recommendations.
- Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals.
- Maintain project documentation and document control using Procore.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules.
- Coordinate procurement, permitting, and project closeout documentation.
- Support multiple commercial projects while meeting deadlines. Must Have Qualifications
- 3+ years working for a commercial general contractor.
- Commercial estimating experience.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings.
- Experience preparing RFIs, submittals, proposals, and project documentation.
- Experience developing and maintaining construction schedules.
- Proficiency with Procore.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Self-starter capable of working independently with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to attend periodic meetings and jobsite visits throughout South Florida. Preferred Qualifications

- Commercial tenant improvement experience
- Industrial and warehouse construction experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $78,000-$88,000 annually, based on experience.
- Performance bonus of up to 10% based on estimating accuracy, project support, responsiveness, and company performance.
