Job Description

AED is seeking two Construction Manager I professionals to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and with minimal impact to operations. The ideal candidates have strong knowledge of
OSHA 1926
safety rules, construction permit requirements, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to manage contractors and maintain project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with site contract administration and construction safety teams to ensure proper contractor management and adherence to safety regulations. Work with Project Technical Leads (PTLs) and schedulers to develop realistic project schedules. Understand construction scope of work and clearly communicate it to field contract administrators and Safe Work Permit issuers. Coordinate with area owners to minimize disruption to ongoing operations during construction activities. Monitor contractor performance, site safety compliance, and work quality throughout project execution. Support documentation of construction progress, permits, and safety compliance records as required.
Qualifications:
Experience managing construction projects in industrial or high-precision facilities. Knowledge of
OSHA 1926
safety standards and construction permit requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with contractors, PTLs, schedulers, and operations teams. Ability to interpret construction scopes and enforce compliance in the field. Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary:
