About Us We are a fast growing commercial and public contracting company scaling past $3M. We do elite work in the field, and we need an elite operator to run the back end of the machine so we can keep expanding. The Role We are looking for a backbone administrator who will take total ownership of our office operations, financial tracking and job costing, billing cycles and liase with our bookkeeper. You will work directly with ownership to ensure cash flow matches growth, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsabilities Billing and Pay Apps:
Manage and execute monthly invoicing, payment applications to meet GC's payment requirements Accounts receivable: Own the collection cycle. Chase down delayed payments and keep cash moving.
Job costing:
Work with ownership and bookkeeper to allocate costs to corresponding jobs
Office Systems:
Streamline and enforce office processes so nothing slips through the cracks Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Support administrative functions by organizing files, managing correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed Requirements Proven experience managing office operations or administrative experience with ideally within construction or trades Relentless organization and high attention to detail. You do not wait to fix a process that can be made better. Deep understanding of commercial billing and cashflow tracking Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred but not mandatory We are looking for someone to take the office over and manage the long term growth. Performance incentives available and salary will be DOE.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
