Construction Project & Client Coordinator (Sales + Field Support)

Construction Project & Client Coordinator H & S Home Contractors Lombard, IL Full-time / hybrid Job Summary H & S Home Contractors is a licensed, insured, and bonded construction company seeking a motivated and adaptable team member to support both field operations and client coordination. This role combines customer interaction, site visits, permit coordination, and sales support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in construction, meeting clients, and being involved in multiple aspects of a growing company. Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand project needs and assist with estimates Visit job sites to take photos and videos for documentation and marketing Communicate with local municipalities Apply for permits Follow up on approvals Gather requirements and project information Maintain client communication throughout project timelines Support sales efforts and help convert leads into projects Assist with social media content (Instagram/Facebook) Coordinate internally to support project execution Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and in a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Construction knowledge is a strong plus Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$41,600 or + per year (based on experience) Bonus / Commission on sales Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed Work Location In person (job sites + home) Additional Information This is a position within a growing company.
