This hybrid role bridges the gap between design, field operations, and project management. Visit us at www.paseoconstruction.com Key Responsibilities Support field operations and project management with both technical and administrative tasks. Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate and track project schedules, subcontractor timelines, and critical path milestones. Monitor budgets, assist with forecasting, and track cost-to-complete reports. Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence. Assist with field inspections, punch lists, and documentation of project progress. Prepare and maintain detailed reports, logs, and meeting minutes. Provide support during pre-construction planning and closeout processes. Serve as a communication hub between field teams, vendors, designers, and management. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, engineering, or related fieldwork. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and construction documents. Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience with project management software (ProCore) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. No formal degree required—real-world experience and drive matter most.
