Construction Project Manager Hammerbrush Painting & Construction, Inc. Chicagoland Area Hammerbrush Painting & Construction is growing and looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in multi-family, condominium, HOA, commercial, restoration, and capital improvement projects throughout the Chicagoland area. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who can manage projects from contract award through completion while maintaining strong client relationships, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional results. What You'll Do Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal resources. Review project budgets and monitor job costs throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and pursue change orders and supplemental work opportunities. Conduct site visits and oversee quality control and safety compliance. Collaborate with estimators, project coordinators, and company leadership. Review subcontractor proposals and negotiate project scopes. Communicate effectively with property managers, board members, homeowners, subcontractors, and internal staff. Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact budgets, schedules, or customer satisfaction. Ensure projects are completed according to contract requirements and company standards. What We're Looking For 3+ years of construction project management experience. Experience with multi-family, condominium, HOA, restoration, or commercial construction projects preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience reviewing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor proposals. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to work independently and make sound project decisions.
