Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee custom hom projects from preconstruction to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage high end custom homes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for driving construction excellence. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate project schedules using advanced project management software such as excel, Quickbooks and Buildertrend to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants on-site to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency. Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to facilitate accurate implementation of project specifications. Monitor project costs through detailed cost management practices and track expenditures against budgets regularly. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout project lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders by providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues; coordinate project schedules and resolve conflicts proactively. Oversee construction schedule coordination to maintain momentum and meet critical deadlines while managing project scope changes effectively. Qualifications Proven experience managing custom homes including site work, structural aspects and final finishes with a strong understanding of construction management principles. Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Buildertrend and other construction management tools. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques, contract administration, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction plans. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Construction site experience with a focus on managing complex infrastructure projects from groundbreaking through completion is highly preferred.
