The Role As our Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind multiple construction projects—from the first client meeting to the final walkthrough. You'll balance schedules, budgets, and quality while keeping communication clear and clients confident.
This is a hybrid role:
most of your planning and coordination happens remotely, with regular site visits and in-person meetings to keep projects on track. What You'll Do Lead residential and light commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. Build and manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships. Coordinate materials, deliveries, and on-site activities. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and our high-quality benchmarks. Conduct site visits to review work, progress, and subcontractor performance. What You Bring Proven experience managing construction projects—ideally in residential remodels or light commercial work. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
