Position Overview As a Construction Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales to help our company expand its portfolio of commercial construction projects. You'll work closely with senior leadership and project managers to understand our services and present tailored solutions to potential clients. Your role will be pivotal in helping us achieve our growth targets and establish long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial construction industry, including cold calling, networking, and responding to RFPs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, contractors, real estate developers, and other industry professionals. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project needs, present company capabilities, and propose solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that align with client requirements. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff of new projects from sales to execution. Track and report on sales performance and market trends, providing regular updates to leadership. Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and competitor activities. Qualifications Proven experience in construction sales or a similar role within the commercial construction industry. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including project timelines, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals. A results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Knowledge of construction software, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). Why Join Us?
