Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Field Superintendent to lead construction on a Multi-Family property. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fire damaged building rebuilding, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. There is potential for this role to become a full time position! Duties Supervise construction activities on a multi-family complex, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and tight budgets. Coordinate with off-site project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Review drawings and/or site conditions to ensure full understanding of the projects. Compile comprehensive material lists, ensuring every piece of material for the project if budgeted for. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and project timelines. Utilize customized Monday.com construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams. Training will be provided. Read and interpret construction contracts to ensure scope compliance and manage contractual obligations effectively. Oversee procurement processes including tracking materials vs budgeted material list and coordinating deliveries for uninterrupted workflow. Supervise on-site personnel by providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to foster a productive team environment. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and verifying installation accuracy. Requirements Proven experience in construction management. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams. Basic software and computer skills a must. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong understanding in what is required to build, including the ability to compile material lists for a project, down to the nails. Strong understanding of contracts management and project scope control. Excellent communication skills. Understanding the details and nuances of managing construction and repair-work within both vacant and occupied building/apartments. Join us as a Field Superintendent! Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
