Job Description

Apex Contracting is a growing commercial construction and renovation company specializing in multifamily, HOA, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects across multiple states. We are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead project execution, field operations, and construction teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all construction operations and project delivery. Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel. Ensure projects meet budget, quality, safety, and scheduling objectives. Develop and improve construction processes and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and executive teams. Monitor project performance, risk management, and resource allocation. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications 8+ years of commercial construction leadership experience. Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts. Experience in multifamily renovations, commercial construction, or capital improvement projects preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Pay:
$105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
