Summary:
We are looking for a highly resourceful and experienced Field Superintendent to lead onsite operations and based in Broomfield, CO . As the primary onsite leader, you will be responsible for transforming complex construction plans into high-quality, finished structures. You will manage the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and field crews, ensuring that every project reflects Unified's commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship, safety, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:
Site Leadership & Execution Oversee all daily field operations, ensuring subcontractors and crews are aligned with project goals, schedules, and Unified's quality standards. Direct the sequence of work onsite to ensure consistent, on-time results; proactively identify and resolve potential delays. Act as the primary point of contact for technical field issues, blending expertise and creativity to solve onsite challenges as they arise. Quality & Safety Uphold exceptional craftsmanship by performing rigorous inspections and ensuring all work meets or exceeds code requirements and client expectations. Enforce a culture of "Safety First." Maintain a zero-incident job site through constant monitoring, training, and strict adherence to OSHA and Unified safety protocols. Communication & Documentation Maintain clear, honest reporting with Project Managers and stakeholders. Manage site documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and material tracking.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Five (5) + years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, critical infrastructure, or related fields.
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of construction means and methods, site safety, and the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors through a "people-focused" partnership approach.
Software:
Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet).
Certifications:
OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel (estimated 70%) to project sites across our national footprint.
