Job Description

From recent graduates to seasoned professionals, we offer opportunities for professional growth at all levels. AED is seeking two Field Superintendents with extensive hands-on experience to oversee contractor crews and ensure safe, efficient execution of construction and maintenance activities. The ideal candidates have a minimum of 10 years' experience in skilled craft positions, strong communication skills, and a focus on safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise contractor crews on-site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project scope. Receive direction on contractor management practices from the site contract administrator and construction safety leader. Understand the scope of work provided by the Construction Manager and ensure all contractor crews are cleared to work by area work permit authorizers. Monitor adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and site procedures during all construction or maintenance activities. Communicate effectively with contractors, Construction Managers, and site leadership to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Support documentation and reporting of work progress, safety compliance, and permit adherence.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' experience working in construction or maintenance in a skilled craft position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Conscientious and focused on safe work practices. Ability to follow direction from Construction Managers, site contract administrators, and safety leaders. Experience coordinating contractor crews and ensuring compliance with work permits and site requirements.
Salary:
