Close Construction is hiring a Hands-On Field Crew Foreman with strong experience in vertical and/or civil construction. If you lead by example, work alongside your crew, and want a clear path to grow into a Job Superintendent , we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day job site operations while actively performing hands-on construction work. Manage and work alongside field crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to quality standards. Coordinate job site safety, materials, and daily tasks for civil and/or vertical builds. Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in general construction (civil and/or vertical construction experience required). Strong leadership skills with a "lead from the front" work ethic.
