This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned civil engineering professional with strong leadership, technical, and project management experience in land development. This position can be based in any of T&M's Pennsylvania offices, including King of Prussia, Philadelphia or Bethlehem. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive experience in site development and civil design, along with a proven track record of successfully managing projects, clients, and teams. This hybrid position offers a flexible work environment, allowing for a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of engineers and technical professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team growth and project success Manage the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all phases Serve as a key client contact, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for new business and supporting proposal development Guide and review design work related to zoning analysis, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, wetlands, erosion control, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with the Department Manager to manage budgets, allocate resources, track performance, and contribute to overall group and company success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required) Professional Engineer (PE) license (required) 10+ years of experience in site development, land use engineering, and project management Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling software Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $145,000 - $175,000 . The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
