Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Heavy Civil Construction Team. In this vital role, you will serve as the central point of contact for project activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow across teams. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will drive project success from initiation to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while honing your administrative and coordination expertise in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks for Construction Projects Act as the primary liaison among team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication Manage and update project documentation, including reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using tools such as Microsoft Office, Project 365, Foundation accounting software Full knowledge of Vtrans specifications and NH DOT Specifications. Oversee office management tasks related to project needs, including filing, data entry, and record keeping via a clerical staff Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability. Ensures daily reports are done and analyzed. Adjustments made Support financial processes through basic bookkeeping duties such as invoicing and expense tracking using Foundation software Assist with calendar management for project timelines and personal appointments/ Acts with the full authority of the Project Manager. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or project coordination roles with a focus on organizational excellence Heavy civil experience or education is a must. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and Project. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to manage and direct superintendants. Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; typing speed and proofreading skills are essential Familiarity with fast paced Heavy Civil Construction environments. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
