High-End Custom Residential & Remodels Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:
None Required The Opportunity You will take total ownership over active custom residential projects and subcontractor management in the Newport Beach area. This role empowers you to drive project quality and advocate fiercely for clients while building luxury homes. You will serve as the primary field leader in a fair, supportive environment where your input directly shapes company operations. How You Will Make an Impact Lead overall field operations and subcontractor procurement across multiple simultaneous custom residential projects. Champion client needs on-site to ensure custom home builds meet exact design standards and specifications. Direct master project schedules and manage subcontractor buyouts to streamline project delivery timelines. Negotiate trade contracts and establish precise scopes of work using internal corporate templates. Oversee site inspections with local AHJs and ensure full compliance with California residential building codes. Resolve daily field challenges and enforce rigorous site safety protocols across all active jobsites. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of managing multiple active construction projects concurrently. Experience reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP engineering drawings. Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, level bids, and manage subcontractor buyout processes. Strong familiarity with California residential building codes and field execution standards. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of experience supervising custom residential construction or high-end remodeling projects. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Working knowledge of construction management software and digital tools for reporting and scheduling such as Company Cam OSHA 30 certification or active safety credentials.
