Lead Superintendent

Posted May 22, 2026 We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple projects or large-scale builds. This individual will be responsible for driving project success through strong leadership, safety oversight, scheduling expertise, and quality control. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion
Manage and mentor superintendents, assistant superintendents, and field staff
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain workflow and quality
Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance at all times
Partner with project managers to monitor budgets, costs, and progress
Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and client expectations Qualifications 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent role
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or multi-family projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar preferred)
