Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a
Part-Time Hiring Coordinator Location:
Livonia -with opportunity to work remotely
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | flexible schedule after training (20 hours/week)
Pay:
$18-$20/hour depending on experience Position Overview The Hiring Coordinator supports fast-paced, high-volume hiring for part-time cleaning positions across multiple facilities. This role manages candidate flow, communication, screening, and onboarding to ensure each site stays fully staffed. Success in this position requires strong organization, urgency, and the ability to keep candidates engaged in a competitive hourly labor market. Key Responsibilities Post and manage job ads for cleaners, floor techs, and supervisors Review applications daily and identify candidates who meet basic requirements Schedule and conduct virtual or phone interviews with applicants Maintain an active pipeline of backup candidates for each site to reduce coverage gaps Track candidate progress in the ATS and ensure timely follow-up to prevent drop-off Coordinate background checks and required documentation Complete onboarding tasks before the new hires' first shift Communicate new hires and coordinate start dates with the appropriate manager Qualifications Experience in high-volume recruiting or fast-paced administrative roles Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, managers, and external partners Strong communication skills with the ability to keep candidates engaged Excellent organization and follow-through, especially when managing multiple openings Comfort with ATS platforms, digital forms, and scheduling tools Ability to work with urgency and adapt to shifting staffing needs Customer-service mindset with a focus on candidate and manager experience A commitment to our core values Work Environment Fast-moving, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative Supports multiple locations, shifts, and hiring managers Requires consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail Corporate Cleaning Group is a fast-paced, growing business that is looking for the right person to join our team.
