Project Executive - Commercial Construction This is not your typical Project Executive role — this is an opportunity to step into a position where you will have real influence on project strategy, team development, and long-term growth. We are partnered with a respected commercial contractor seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple projects, lead teams, and help drive both project success and future business.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic execution across multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout Drive results in profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams Manage relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors Support business development and help secure future work Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Qualifications:

15+ years of commercial construction experience B.S. in a construction related field Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, and project financials Track record of successful project delivery and client relationships Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:

$115K-$170K base (flexible) Strong bonus structure 25 Days PTO starting day one Hybrid schedule available after onboarding Full benefits package
