$75,000-$100,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, state, and federal construction projects ranging from $100K to $7M . This is an opportunity to join a small, independent team with significant room for long-term growth. Responsibilities Manage 1-3 projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and 3-week lookaheads Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, and negotiations Conduct site visits and project meetings Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and compliance Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and budget Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover Qualifications 3+ years of construction management experience Degree or equivalent hands-on construction experience Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus Project Details Commercial, state, and federal projects Project values: $100K-$7M Project duration: 6 months-2 years Mix of ground-up construction and renovations Approximately 3 days in office / 2 days on site , depending on project stage Occasional travel throughout New York State and the Northeast Benefits & Perks $75K-$100K salary Annual profit-based bonus Health insurance with 80% employer coverage Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO (6 months 1 weekPTO, 1-6
