A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- Conduct residential site visits and assess reconstruction needs.
- Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work.
- Build trust with homeowners and close reconstruction projects.
- Manage projects from contract through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and schedules.
- Maintain consistent communication with homeowners, insurance professionals, and internal teams.
- Manage project budgets, profitability, and collections.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Restoration Heroes' quality standards.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every phase of the project. What We're Looking For
- Residential reconstruction experience is required.
- 5+ years of construction management experience preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
- Experience estimating residential reconstruction projects.
- Proven sales ability with a customer-first approach.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
