You'll manage the entire customer journey, from site visits and estimating to sales, project oversight, collections, and final completion. • Conduct residential site visits and assess reconstruction needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work.
• Build trust with homeowners and close reconstruction projects.
• Manage projects from contract through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and schedules.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners, insurance professionals, and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, and collections.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Restoration Heroes' quality standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every phase of the project. What We're Looking For
• Residential reconstruction experience is required.
• 5+ years of construction management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience estimating residential reconstruction projects.
• Proven sales ability with a customer-first approach.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and presentation.
