RestoPros is a premier restoration company specializing in mitigation and reconstruction services for properties damaged by fire, water, storms, or other disasters. We are growing and looking for team members who want to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

As our Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll take the lead on residential and commercial rebuild projects. You'll be responsible for: Managing reconstruction jobs from start to finish Customer-facing role ensuring that expectations and communication is clear Creating estimates using Xactimate Coordinating with policyholders, insurance adjusters , and subcontractors Negotiating with insurance companies to secure fair scopes and coverage Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines, to monitor progress. Conduct regular site visits to document project status, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations. Prepare construction estimates and manage procurement processes for materials and labor. Overseeing budgeting , client selections , and project timelines Reviewing invoices and controlling costs Ensuring exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction Problem-solving issues on the fly to keep projects moving smoothly
