Regional Manager - IDD Services

About Us Personal Habilitation Services (PHS) is a provider of home and community-based services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for a strong leader to help guide and grow our operations in the Clearfield and Jefferson County areas. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to oversee daily operations, staff management, and service delivery within our IDD programs. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining quality services, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance while helping to drive growth and stability across the region. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of IDD services in assigned region Supervise, support, and develop direct support staff Ensure compliance with ODP/Chapter 6100 regulations Coordinate with Supports Coordinators, families, and external partners Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs Monitor service quality and address issues proactively Support onboarding and training of new employees Participate in incident management and follow-up Help identify opportunities for growth and expansion Qualifications Experience working within ODP/IDD services required Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of Chapter 6100 regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Healthcare reimbursement (QSEHRA) Paid time off Flexible scheduling with leadership autonomy Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Why Join PHS?
