Remodel Coordinator

PLANES Investments, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented "Remodel Coordinator"to oversee renovation projects for our rental properties. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating contractors, ensuring quality work, and keeping projects on budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee property remodels from start to finish
• Schedule and manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams
• Obtain and compare bids for labor and materials
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet deadlines
• Conduct property inspections before, during, and after renovations
• Maintain clear communication with property management and ownership
• Order materials and track inventory as needed
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
• Handle multiple projects at different stages simultaneously Qualifications
• Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or property management preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of basic construction and renovation processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with phone, email, and basic computer systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills
• Experience working with rental properties or real estate investors
• Vendor/contractor negotiation experience
