Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team. The primary role involves coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to inventory management for long-lead equipment supporting data center builds, with a chance for extension. Responsibilities Examine documents, materials, and products to monitor work processes for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications. Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. Move data between systems, research purchase orders in SAP, update the inventory application, and contact sites for delivery confirmations. Essential Skills Verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production. Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of related experience in inventory management. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Fast typing skills. Ability to perform high-volume, repetitive data entry with accuracy. Work Environment This is a fully remote position with a typical work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role supports inventory management for data center builds, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in various computer applications. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
