Local Travel:
25% (to customers / site locations) What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving projects from planning through completion. You'll be the connector between field execution and project oversight—ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans Forecast and manage labor, materials, and equipment resources Develop and maintain project budgets and track associated costs Build and manage detailed project schedules and work plans Provide consistent progress updates to internal teams and stakeholders Coordinate and manage vendors and subcontractors Apply industry best practices and construction standards throughout execution Monitor project performance and proactively adjust as needed Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement Support additional project-related duties as assigned What You Bring We're looking for professionals who combine leadership, accountability, and strong communication with hands-on construction experience.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Proven reliability and strong personal accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools Willingness and ability to learn company-specific systems and project management tools Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on scope, on time, and within budget Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records Self-starter mindset with strong internal drive Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required (Business or Computer Science degree is a plus) Solid understanding of project management principles 5-7 years of experience in a project management role (7-10 years preferred) Construction industry experience strongly preferred Willingness to travel to assigned job sites (hybrid work environment) Physical Requirements Extended periods of desk work and computer use Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Why Join Patriot Building Systems? Salary Pay Range:
$70,000 - $90 ,000 annually dependent on experience• pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
