This role offers an opportunity to manage new construction projects while also participating in the success of each development. This is not a traditional employment position. This opportunity is structured for a builder who is interested in consistent work, repeat projects, and the ability to grow alongside an investment partner. The selected contractor will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Duties Lead and manage residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with ownership, subcontractors, and vendors to develop project timelines and execution plans. Oversee daily site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality control. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, addressing any issues in a timely manner. Coordinate procurement of materials, labor, and equipment required for each phase of construction. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Contractor or Residential Builder. Strong background in ground-up residential construction preferred. Ability to manage full-cycle construction projects from foundation to completion. Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades. Strong understanding of construction budgeting and cost control. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings. Licensed General Contractor preferred but not required based on experience. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
